Dallas Retirement Village in Dallas, OR is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Health Center day shifts. The Charge Nurse will supervise daily nursing activities while delivering direct resident care and supporting nursing assistants.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. The role requires an active Oregon LPN license, strong clinical knowledge, and proven leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Oregon.
• Current BLS CPR certification preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge of nursing care practices.
• Supervisory experience or ability to lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workflow.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
