Job summary

Continuing Healthcare Solutions is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time night shift in Austintown, OH. You will administer medications, assist with resident care, and collaborate with the care team in a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio LPN license, has up to 2 years of LTC experience, and is comfortable with the 6:30 pm–7:00 am schedule. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Must have valid LPN license in good standing with the State of Ohio.
• Prefer previous experience of at least one year in a long term care facility.
• Must be able to work as a team and have a knowledge of medication administration, treatments and overall processes in a long term care facility.
