Qualifications

• Active LPN license issued in Maryland is required.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• CPR license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in care planning and treatments under RN supervision.
• Provide direct resident care on designated unit.
• Review resident records to ensure adherence to state/federal guidelines.
• Document care and report changes to shift supervisor.
• Evaluate referrals for validity and relevance to documented nursing plans.
• Pursue professional growth and expand responsibilities to maintain competency.
• Align goals and policies with FutureCare’s nursing facility philosophy.
