FutureCare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Baltimore, MD. You will work under RN supervision providing direct resident care, care planning support, and documentation per state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in care planning and treatments under RN supervision
• Provide care for residents on assigned unit
• Review resident records to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Document care and report changes to shift supervisor
• Review referrals for consultations and ensure alignment with nurse plans
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expand responsibilities
