Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license issued in Maryland.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in acute or long-term care is a plus.
• Team player with strong work ethic and willingness to assist.
• Current CPR license required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in care planning and treatments under RN supervision.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge to care for residents on assigned unit.
• Review resident records to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Document care provided and report status changes to supervisor.
• Review referrals for validity and relevance to nurse plans.
