Job summary

Quadrant Health Group's Wellness Ranch in Franklin, KY is seeking an LPN for residential behavioral health. This full-time and PRN position offers day and night shifts with $28–$34 per hour, based on experience.

You will provide hands-on nursing care to clients in residential treatment, administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with a medical and behavioral health team to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky LPN license (or compact).
• CPR/First Aid or BLS certification.
• Behavioral health, detox, or SUD experience preferred.
• Safe medication administration skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess new admissions and monitor client health.
• Watch for withdrawal symptoms and respond to concerns.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies.
• Educate clients on medications and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team on care plans.

Help people in early recovery stay safe and on track. You'll provide hands‑on nursing care to clients in residential treatment, working alongside medical and behavioral health professionals.
