Job summary

Quadrant Health Group’s Wellness Ranch in Franklin, KY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for residential substance use disorder treatment. You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, monitor client health, and collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals to support clients during treatment.

The role requires a current Kentucky LPN license, strong nursing skills in behavioral health, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in behavioral health, detoxification, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or BLS) required by program policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitor client health within residential treatment.
• Administer medications per physician orders and maintain MAR.
• Educate clients on health, withdrawal symptoms, and recovery-related topics.
• Document nursing services and observations in EMR per policy.
