Job summary

Quadrant Health Group’s Wellness Ranch in Franklin, KY is seeking an LPN to provide hands-on nursing care in a residential treatment setting. You will assess admissions, monitor client health, administer medications, and collaborate with medical and behavioral health staff to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky LPN license (or compact) required.
• CPR/First Aid or BLS certification required.
• Behavioral health, detox, or SUD experience preferred; related healthcare experience considered.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Watch for withdrawal symptoms.

Residential Behavioral Health | Wellness Ranch | Franklin, KY Full-Time & PRN | Day, Swing & Night Shifts

$28–$34/hour, based on experience

Help people in early recovery stay safe and on track. You'll provide hands-on nursing care to clients in residential treatment, working alongside medical and behavioral health professionals.
