Job summary

Wellness Ranch, part of Quadrant Health Group, is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hands-on nursing care in residential behavioral health in Franklin, KY. This full-time position offers day, swing, and night shifts with a pay rate of $42–$47 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include assessing clients, monitoring health, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license or multistate (compact) RN license.
• CPR/First Aid or BLS certification.
• Behavioral health, detox, or SUD experience preferred; related healthcare experience considered.
• Safe medication administration skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.

• Watch for withdrawal symptoms.
• Administer medications and keep accurate records.
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies.
• Educate clients on medications and recovery.

Residential Behavioral Health | Wellness Ranch | Franklin, KY Full-Time & PRN | Day, Swing & Night Shifts $42-$47/hour, based on experience

Help people in early recovery stay safe and on track. You'll provide hands-on nursing care to clients in residential treatment, working alongside medical and behavioral health professionals.
