Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed guidelines and Six Rights of Medication Pass.
• Monitor and document patient health status including vital signs and changes in condition.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding as needed.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
