Job summary
CRi - Community Residences, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Northern, VA team. The ideal candidate will provide quality skilled nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes. Responsibilities include supervising Direct Support Professionals, performing nursing assessments, and collaborating with a team to ensure care. Ideal candidates should have a valid LPN license in Virginia and at least two years of nursing experience. Qualifications
- Be a Licensed Practical Nurse in Virginia or in a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Have two (2) years of current nursing experience.
- Have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality skilled nursing care in accordance with physician's orders and regulations.
- Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in healthcare needs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate services.
