Briarwood Health Center by Harborview is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our team in Tucker, GA. You will deliver medications and treatments, supervise Medication Aids where applicable, monitor residents, and support activities of daily living.

You will maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate with interdisciplinary teams and residents’ families. An Active LPN license and LTC experience are preferred, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.

We pay $32.00 per hour.

Email: We have 7a-7p and 7p-7a full-time shifts. Alternating weekends.
