Job summary

Brentwood Health Center in Waynesboro, GA, part of Harborview Health Systems, is hiring LPN and RN Charge Nurses for 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am shifts. Eight-hour shifts can be arranged.

You will deliver medications, monitor residents, assist with daily living, document clearly, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families. Active LPN/RN license in Georgia required; long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing in Georgia.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Shifts: 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am; 8-hour shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure safety and comfort.
• Support residents' activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking dedicated LPN and RN Charge Nurses for our 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am shifts; 8-hour shifts can be arranged.

What You Will Do

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.

• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

• Support our residents' activities of daily living.

• Maintain clear, timely documentation.

What You Must Have

• Active LPN / RN license in good standing in the state of Georgia.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
