Heritage Park Health Center by Harborview in Bradenton, FL is seeking a compassionate LPN Charge Nurse for the 7P to 7A shift. You will supervise Medication Aides where applicable, monitor residents, and ensure safe, comfortable care.

You will maintain clear documentation, communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families, and uphold infection control and safety standards. Active LPN license in Florida required; long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in Florida.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.

What You Will Do

• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
