Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Georgia is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to lead nursing care in our skilled nursing setting. The role delivers medications and treatments with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable, monitors resident conditions, and ensures safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

You will support activities of daily living, maintain clear documentation, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
