Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a flexible LPN (Float) to travel among our Minnesota facilities and deliver high-quality care under RN supervision. You will support diverse resident needs across the region, building relationships with residents and staff.

Responsibilities include initial data collection, applying Relationship Based Care, and traveling as needed to provide care within a defined Benedictine region. English proficiency required; prior clinical experience preferred.

Overview

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
