Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate, resident-centered team in Independence, Missouri.

Qualifications

• Must hold Missouri LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to RN or physician.
• Provide skilled nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments and assist with care planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provide wound care and treatment services as ordered.
