Qualifikationen

• Licensed RN or LPN in Missouri is required.
• Graduate of accredited RN/LPN program is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

• Provide nursing care per facility policies and state regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the clinical team.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, and discharges.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
