Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents undergoing activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and stay engaged.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for residents.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Record patient history and new data; report updates to the RN or supervising physician.
