Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center in Missouri is seeking an LPN to provide high-quality, personalized nursing care and support residents in daily living activities, while collaborating with RNs and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Follow nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Record patient history and monitor changes.
• Take vital signs (BP, HR, temp, etc.).
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians.
