LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate LPN to join The Residence at Watertown Square. This full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunity offers flexible shifts from 7am to 3pm, 8am to 4pm, or 4pm to 8pm with starting pay of $40.00 - $42.00 per hour based on experience.

You will be part of the Resident Care Team, support the Resident Care Director, supervise care staff, and help ensure quality elder care while upholding state requirements.

Competenze

• High school diploma and nursing program completion.
• Two years of geriatric health experience preferred.
• Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily tasks of resident care associates.
• Monitor residents' health needs and update service plans.
• Coordinate with Resident Care Director and ED as needed.
• Ensure infection control practices are followed and safety policies upheld.
• Provide direct resident care when required.
