Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC's Residence at Watertown Square is hiring CNAs and HHAs. Positions available: full-time, part-time and per diem with pay of $21.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience, plus benefits starting Day One.

You will provide for residents' needs, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, document care, and participate in training while upholding dignity and independence. Join a caring team delivering compassionate senior care.

Qualifications

• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent training per state regulation.
• CPR and First Aid training as mandated by the state.
• Experience caring for seniors preferred.
• Current license/certification as required by state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, safety and emotional support as per service plan.
• Assist with medications according to state regulations and document entries.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and cognitive stimulation.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and report to RN.
• Document services in the community computer tracking system.
• Escort residents to meals and activities as needed.
• Maintain resident units neat and orderly.
• Participate in ongoing in-service training and mandatory education.
