Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake seeks a Wellness Nurse to monitor residents’ health and provide leadership support for care services. You will assist in medication administration training, coordinate with families, and uphold clinical quality. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and a therapeutic environment.

Qualifications include a nursing degree, an active RN/LPN license, and at least one year in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care. Weekend/evening flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved college/school of nursing.
• Current state RN or LPN license.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience in home health, assisted living, hospital or long-term care.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, assessment skills and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and well-being of residents.
• Provide leadership support with resident care and services.
• Assist in training and monitoring medication care administration.
