Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state
- CPR certification required
- Two years nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents
- Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Medication administration
- Follow infection control, emergencies, and center policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes
- Identify and report abnormal changes in resident condition
- Provide nursing care for long-term or rehabilitative care
- Collect patient data, observe and report pertinent information
- Direct and supervise care as per regulations when applicable
- Maintain documentation requirements and equipment knowledge
