Trinity Regional Rehab is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) at our Trinity, FL location. Walk‑in interviews run Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM for on‑the‑spot hiring.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the State or Multistate License.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years prior nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergencies, and center policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide optimal care.
• Identify and report changes in residents’ condition per policy.
• Supervise care in line with state nurse practice act and facility procedures.
• Deliver nursing care for long‑term or rehabilitative patients.
• Collect patient data, observe and report pertinent information.
