Trinity Regional Rehab Center in Trinity, FL is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate, team-oriented staff. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities in a supportive rehab setting.

Walk-in interviews are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM at our Trinity location. Join a center with new leadership and a commitment to excellence, delivering high-quality nursing care to residents.

Qualifikationen

LPN license required (State or Multistate).
CPR certification required.
Two years nursing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
Medication administration.
Following infection control, emergencies, and center policies.
Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes.
Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition per center policy.
Works under direct supervision per Nurse Practice Act and center policies.
Delivers nursing care for long-term or rehabilitative residents.
Collects patient data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information.
