Trinity Regional Rehab is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team at 2144 Welbilt Blvd, Trinity, FL. Apply during walk-in interviews Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, and get hired on the spot.

Qualifications

• LPN license issued by the state of Florida or multistate license.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Two years of nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control and center policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for best outcomes.
• Identify and report changes in residents' conditions.
