Trinity Regional Rehab Center in Trinity, FL is hiring part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a compassionate, patient-focused team. The role emphasizes clinical care, teamwork, and adherence to center policies while supporting residents under new leadership.

Qualifications

• LPN license valid in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies.
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.
• Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.
• Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements.
