Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited vocational school for LPN and licensed to practice in the state.
• Prefer at least 1200 hours of experience as an LPN within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and efficient patient care under supervision.
• Assist the RN in carrying out the patient plan of care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical notes including patient’s progress.

Skills

Ability to perform CPR

Effective communication in English

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Education
