Qualifications

• Must hold an active Iowa LPN license or licensure in a compact state.

Responsibilities

• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of changes in resident conditions.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitors residents and reports condition changes.
• Documents care using medication administration software.
• Demonstrates courteous, respectful interaction with residents, families, and staff.
• Oversees CNA staff performance.
• Uses strong interpersonal skills in daily interactions.
