Valley View Village is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes. Evening and night shifts are available with a $5,000 bonus for the evening shift.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Iowa RN license or licensure within compact states.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family of significant changes and follow-ups as needed.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Monitors residents and reports changes in condition promptly.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Demonstrates courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Monitors CNA staff performance.
• Uses strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others.
