Myland Homecare LLC in McDonough, GA is seeking a dependable LPN for a full-time role that blends field nursing with office operations.

You will supervise staff, train caregivers, perform client assessments, and help ensure quality care across our service area.

The position requires travel to client homes, strong documentation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, compliant environment. This role includes start date of October 1, 2026 and regular two-week scheduling.

Qualifications

• Georgia LPN license in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certified.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Experience with electronic documentation/EVV systems preferred.
• Home care/Medicaid waiver experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned client assessments and follow-up visits.
• Conduct PCA and nursing supervisory visits.
• Complete employee field observations.
• Lead new-hire orientation and onboarding.
• Perform employee skills check-offs and competency validations.
• Review and manage PCA/nursing task notes and documentation.
• Provide coaching and corrective education when needed.
• Identify and report client, staff, or documentation concerns to the RN/Administrator.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical and employee documentation.
