Interim HealthCare is seeking LPNs to staff healthcare facilities in Dover and Exeter, NH. Earn competitive pay between $35 and $40 per hour and join a team that supports you through the placement process and ongoing assignments.

As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, complete documentation, and collaborate with RNs and other team members to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients and residents in a facility setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within your scope of practice.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate members of the care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with assessments and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Communicate effectively with RNs, LNAs, providers, patients, residents, and families.
• Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable nursing standards.
