Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Good Samaritan – Bethany provides professional nursing care for residents in a 79-bed long-term care facility in Brainerd, MN. You work under the supervision of a RN or physician, administer medications, and support residents with their care plans in a compassionate, Christian environment.

Full-time shifts 4:00pm–4:30am with weekend rotation. Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus and shift incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and become licensed as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must maintain required competencies and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
