Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care facility in Brainerd, Minnesota. The LPN provides nursing care for residents in a Christian environment, under supervision, and participates in the care plan with a focus on safety and quality.

Evening shifts are offered with overtime incentives and a bi-weekly 48-hour schedule. Qualifying LPN must be licensed in Minnesota, with an associate degree in practical nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Work under supervision of RN/physician and participate in interdisciplinary team.
• Document resident care and communicate with families as needed.
