The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care at Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, administer medications, monitor resident health, and participate in assessments.

This full-time role offers evening/night shifts, bi-weekly 72 hours, shift differentials, sign-on bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold Minnesota LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered LPN license with state board; multi-state licensure allowed.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes; maintain accurate records.
• Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality as part of an interdisciplinary team.
