Palmilla Senior Living is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse in Albuquerque, NM, to lead our care team on a Tuesday–Saturday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift with periodic Manager on Duty responsibilities. You will supervise staff, implement dementia-focused care, and coordinate resident admissions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes hands-on nursing care, regular health assessments, care planning, and nonpharmacologic approaches to resident needs, including fall prevention

Qualifikationen

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse is required.
• Caregiver certifications are beneficial to the community plus management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Gerontology preferred.

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members.
• Implementing resident-centered dementia care.
• Provide nursing care to residents, including health assessments and care plans, discuss changes with physicians, reduce falls with individualized interventions, and assist with medications.
