Job summary

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care including medication administration and vital sign monitoring.
- Perform wound care, catheter care, and injections as prescribed.
- Coordinate with CNAs/NAs to implement residents' service plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and participate in care conferences.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety policies.
