Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide oral, skin, and hair care as needed.
• Assist with mobility and transfers (bed to wheelchair).
• Provide memory care support to residents with dementia to improve quality of life.
• Monitor health changes and report to the Nurse promptly.
