Job summary

Comprehensive Treatment Centers in Pinehurst, NC seeks an LPN Dispensing Nurse for our Outpatient MAT OTP. You will provide high-quality, safe dispensing of methadone/buprenorphine/naltrexone under Medical Director direction and document patient progress in MARs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health, outpatient treatment program, or addiction recovery field.
• There must be no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years before employment.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of Medical Director and Clinic Director, dispense medications accurately and timely.
• Maintain nursing standards of care and document patient progress and responses.
• Accurately account for all medication received and dispensed; chart administration in MARs.
• Ensure safekeeping of medication stock and comply with DEA, FDA, ADP requirements.
• Dedicate 90% of scheduled hours to medication administration; remaining time for related duties.
• Handle urine collection and process results as ordered.
