Work hours are early mornings, Monday to Friday, with a focus on safe, accurate medication administration.

You will document nursing care, monitor patient vitals, and ensure DEA/FDA compliance. Preferred candidates have LPN license in Oregon and experience in behavioral health or MAT settings.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Ability to operate medical equipment safely.
• Experience using EMR systems and clinical software.
• Understanding of patient assessment and vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered promptly.
• Document medication administration and nursing care in patient records.
• Maintain inventory of medications per DEA, FDA and regulations.
• Monitor patient outcomes and conduct intake assessments.
• Transport meds to other locations when needed.
