Job summary

Villa At the Park is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN assumes responsibility for a group of residents for a shift, providing licensed care and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities include administering medications, recording vitals, and coordinating with the IDT per standards. A current LPN license and CPR certification are required, with preferred experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Licensed to practice as an LPN in the state.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and per standards.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as ordered.
• Charts nurse notes, MAR, and care plans reflecting resident responses.
• Directs and supervises day-to-day CNA services on the assigned unit.
• Completes forms on admission, transfer, and discharge.
