Advocate Health is seeking an LPN to provide direct patient care in a healthcare setting. You will assist with assessments, participate in planning and implement care under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The role requires completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program and an active LPN license. BLS certification is required within 6 months of hire. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months unless exempt.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care per policies and standards.
• Assist with data collection and assessment, noting changes in condition.
• Contribute to care planning and execute under RN supervision.
• Support patient and family education as part of care plan.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses accurately.
