Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Meriden location. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include collecting health information, assisting in care plans, and supporting administrative tasks. Required qualifications are a current Connecticut LPN license and previous experience in an outpatient environment. Qualifications

• Previous experience in an outpatient, ambulatory, or physician practice setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect health information and communicate to the physician and health care team.
• Assist in carrying out the physician’s plan of care.
• Perform basic nursing tasks and patient care.
• Provide patient care in a non-acute outpatient environment.
• Support administrative tasks such as patient registration.
