Family Centers is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical and administrative support in Greenwich, Connecticut. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of related clinical experience in an ambulatory or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.
• Ability to work on-site 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm on rotating Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during examinations and minor procedures.
• Perform patient intake, including vital signs and medical history reconciliation.
• Administer medications and immunizations as directed by providers.
