Job summary

Heritage Hall in Virginia is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a close-knit care team. Day and evening shifts provide consistent hours and a supportive environment where residents are treated like family.

You will be responsible for applying nursing care plans, monitoring residents, administering medications, and collaborating with a compassionate team. LPNs with long-term care experience are valued and encouraged to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must hold an active LPN license in Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in long-term care facilities.
• Ability to make independent decisions.

Shifts Available: 7am-3:30pm and 3pm-11:30pm
