Job summary

Heritage Hall-Wise is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate direct care to residents and supervise CNAs, while ensuring safe medication administration. The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing education, and a nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Must have an active LPN license (state unspecified).
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and guidelines governing long-term care.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
