Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision. You will monitor vitals, administer medications, assist with care plans, and document in an EMR, upholding safety and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes patient education, infection control, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment, with rotating weekends and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current, active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Monitor and record vital signs and treatment responses.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR/EMR.
• Educate patients on medications and self-care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain infection control and safe care environment.
