Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regularly evaluate residents' health, vital signs, cognition, and well-being.
• Dispense and monitor medications as ordered by physicians.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, physicians, and care team.
• Observe health status changes and report to appropriate provider.
• Assess and manage pain and provide comfort per orders.
• Maintain accurate resident records and logs.
• Collaborate with CNAs and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
