Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC seeks an LPN to provide direct nursing care under supervision of a RN or physician. The Licensed Practical Nurse administers medications, monitors patient conditions, and assists with treatment plans while upholding safety and regulatory standards in a patient-centered setting.

The evening shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) is available with every other weekend, offering a shift differential of $4.00.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, physician orders, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered within scope of practice.
• Assist RNs or physicians with patient assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR/EMR).
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and self-care strategies.
